SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

Other than as provided below, we do not disclose or sell to third parties information you have submitted to this site that identifies you personally.

We may also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Third Party Services

When using our ISNI allocation tool, we will need to supply public information to the ISNI International Agency in order to allow such new unique ID to be created. The private fields not subject to a transmission to ISNI-IA are the Comments and the Dates of birth fields.

Payment Service (Stripe inc.)

Our payment service is provided by Stripe Inc. They process your online credit and debit card payments; they will respect and protect your privacy and data. Your data is stored through Stripe data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They service your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Although no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, Stripe takes reasonable steps to protect all personal information. Stripe maintains strict administrative, technical, and physical procedures to protect information stored in its servers, which are located in the United States. Access to information is limited (through user/password credentials and software systems) to those employees who require it to perform their job functions. Stripe and Iconoclaste Musique Inc. use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology to safeguard the account registration process and sign-up information. Other security safeguards include but are not limited to data encryption, firewalls, and physical access controls to building and files.
